He is always attentive to our meal preparation requests and once again our filets were done perfectly! Wanted to try something different and he gave an honest opinion and I went with his suggestion. Was highly satisfied. The restaurant was fairly full as the night progressed, but the noise level was satisfactory. We were not rushed with our meal and after dessert, we left at 6:45.
