    Not just great brew. The food was exceptional, the beer was exceptional, and the seasonal spirits were equally impressive. The venue itself is spacious, with a great atmosphere and room for dogs. What really stood out, though, was seeing Chuck Hahn himself casually walking around, tasting and checking the beers. As a chemical engineer who went on to become one of Australia’s most influential brewers, his genuine passion for the craft was so evident. There was something really special about watching someone who, even at 80, remains so personally invested in and excited by what he does. By far our favourite brewery. We will absolutely be back!

    Amazing menu with something for everyone. The grilled cheese Tokyo skewers were next level! So good! I would come back again and again just to eat more of these 😋 .. The brisket burnt ends were also delicious and we had sweet potato fries and grilled sweet corn popsicles for sides. Everything was so tasty! The staff were attentive and professional and even lit the gas burner by our table as it was a cool evening. Highly recommended, I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other amazing things on the menu! Thank you for a beautiful experience 🙏
