Mathew was an awesome host and you can immediately tell he loved the food and loved working there. I had a tough day getting from the airport to the hotel but Dianne took amazing care of me when I finally made it and sat down for lunch. Kind, understanding and extremely professional are 3 qualities Dianne possesses. The lunch menu is fine, dinner better. Later in the evening the bar was a great place to connect with colleagues.
