Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. Lunch and dinner entrees include rib-eye steak, Atlantic salmon, fish n’ chips, shrimp spaghetti and spaghetti carbonara.
