    A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavour and prepared with real care. Every course was excellent, and the attention to detail was clear throughout. The service was equally impressive – warm, professional and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The atmosphere was relaxed, elegant and made for a very enjoyable evening. Starling is a place that clearly takes pride in both its food and hospitality. We left thoroughly impressed and will certainly be returning. Highly recommended.
