    This was an anniversary occasion for us and we have been fortunate enough to go to Copley’s for the past three years for it. From the moment we arrived, our evening was fantastic. We were greeted warmly by one of the owners almost as if we were part of their family. The entire staff, including our server Vic, are among some of the best we’ve seen. Personable, engaging, and fun without being over the top describes Vic. He is truly a jewel! Our food was delicious. From presentation to flavor, the meals were superb with one being the filet and the other being the branzini. Incredible! It’s hard to articulate just how special Copley’s is without running out of superlatives. Let’s just say that if you haven’t experienced their level of dining, you’ve truly missed out on a wonderful time.

    We've been told multiple times to go to Mr. Lyons when we're in Palm Springs, and this time we finally made it...and we're disappointed we didn't get there sooner...EVERYTHING was perfect. Guillermo suggestions were spot on, and made the evening even better. Fantastic drinks, perfectly cooked steaks, and specials that were out of this world. We will definitely be back everytime we're in town.

    The food, service and venue is always SUPERB at The Tropicale! This is our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE restaurant in the Palm Springs area. If you haven't been here, get yourselves here as quickly as possible - you wont regret it!
