The Stapleton is open all week. The Main Bar and the downstairs pub are open to walk-ins. The Lounge upstairs is available by reservation. The Stapleton is a modern Dublin bar set within the Georgian surroundings of Powerscourt House on South William Street. We have recently opened our downstairs area as a traditional Irish pub, open all week to walk-ins.     Absolutely loved this cocktail bar! The atmosphere is amazing, with beautiful decor and soft, dim lighting that creates a really intimate vibe. We came before it got too busy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch. I also love that the whole concept is completely focused on cocktails, it feels like a true cocktail experience rather than just a regular bar. It’s the perfect spot for a date, and I would definitely come back!

    Lovely ambiance The cocktails are amazing and authentic The staff were very friendly polite and efficient They are very knowledgable about the cocktails and explain everything They even made one to a different specification when we requested it All in all an excellent experience

    Booked a table for 7 people for bottomless brunch. Nice comfortable seating, enough space for everyone. Staff welcomed and food was really good. Lots of drinks options and drinks were served very quickly (with the exception of one round where we waited a bit), we really enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend! Impressive interior and clean!

    First time here after lunch downstairs and it was so fun! The cocktail bar is warm and cosy and the rooftop was nice to pop out to when the sun came out! Thank you Soba for looking after us.

    A beautiful Valentines meal with wonderful service, food and cocktails. Staff was excellent and knew the menu very well. No problem to swap out Cocktails for mocktails. Beautiful place and great atmosphere
