Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Other organic game meats served are antelope, elk, ostrich, kangaroo and wild boar. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar has a full-service bar with its signature creations as well as traditional cocktails.
