I did not like the part where I had to ask Hotel staff to find the restaurant (hidden even after staircases down and over and along the corridor) and when I similarly had to search for the toilet—-the service staff was very helpful and outstanding as well, but finding a toilet should not be an adventure in my opinion. If the design cannot be optimized, then an arrow with a destination would do. I am nitpicking—- the food was really to die for, and exactly what I came here for. I loved the Tuna on Brioche which I had earlier this year from Miro Kaimuki, this one here was far superior. The wine pairing was very good, complex & interesting, and matched the food very well.
