Liberty Kitchen at The Treehouse located in Memorial City, joins the neighborhood as a local restaurant serving modern, American food. Diners can see our chefs as they work the open flames cooking steaks, chops, ribs and fish. The inclusion of the grill has greatly influenced the menu – dishes made in cast iron Dutch ovens and an international selection of craveable Southern Coastal cuisine. The food is bold in flavor and rich in textured layering with a twist on tradition, the flickering flames lend a pleasant invitation to settle in to the space, relax and quite simply, eat.Some of the favorite Liberty Kitchen staples are on offer such as the Creole Whole Crab, Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo, R&D Test Kitchen: Infamous Burger Bowl, Deviled Eggs and Lance’s Loaded Hushpuppies (The Real Original) served Liberty Kitchen gorilla-style.
