A small fish restaurant from the Four Legs team (The Plimsoll). A love letter to Spain and Portugal and the inspiration for all of the wet rice dishes now found across menus in the city. Viva la Inspiración. Tired of the loosely French inspired humdrum of restaurants popping up across the city of London? Do you like holidays? Do you like cold drinks and warm service? If you've answered yes to one or more of these then perhaps Tollington's can refresh both your palate and mind. The idea came from a mirror in an antiques market and a love for a more informal approach to dining, the result a chippy in North London with church pews bolted to the walls to be leaned on and eaten from. The focus is on fish but the menu transcends just fish, leaving no stone unturned in the never ending quest for flavour. In the warmer months the pavement becomes alive with customers and the food reflects the weather. In winter people huddle indoors and enjoy the heartier mountain foods of Iberia.
