Standing proudly in the middle of the village of Great Massingham, surrounded by fields but only a short drive from the stunning North Norfolk coast, The Dabbling Duck is the picture of the best of British country pubs.Step inside the pub to a welcoming atmosphere, with a proper bar where locals gather to drink local ales, eat from our menus with dishes ranging from good casual pub classics to sophisticated seasonal dishes showcasing the very best of local produce.Kitchen open from 8 am to 10am for breakfast and then from noon to 9 pm Friday and Saturday and 8 pm Sunday to Thursday.Tables in the garden and barn are first come first served, serving pub classics and wood fired pizzas (Fridays and Saturdays). Dogs are welcome through out.

    Really beautiful warm cosy venue with friendly staff who can’t do enough to help. Food was delicious, recommend Tuesday curry night, good variety of draft beers, lovely wine and just a really good place to eat. Complimentary birthday drink to top it off, thankyou

    Excellent meal whilst on holiday in Cromer. We went on a Tuesday night for tapas. We had 6 tapas between two adults and a meal for our 4 year old. Food was delicious, service excellent. Will definitely return next time we come to Cromer. A little gem of a restaurant. Would definitely recommend to people.

    first time there, really nice place, fast service, very cheerful and friendly staff, professional manner, cheerful bright place. food is perfect temp when they bring it to you, flavour is perfect, not bland and not over powering and it looks really appealing. the staff are on the ball. defo going again.

    An exceptional dining experience in every way. A wonderful atmosphere, friendly people and stunning tasting menus. The vegetarian food was exquisite and really thoughtfully crafted. We were also delighted by the efficiency of the service (no long pauses between courses, which tasting experiences often suffer from). A very helpful and knowledgeable sommelier rounded off a perfect team . A superlative evening!
