Rustica offers guests rustic European cuisine. This restaurant prides itself on its fantastic relationships with local farmers and vendors. Whenever possible, the Rustica kitchen staff utilizes items that are locally grown or made to create unique and flavorful dishes. Rustica features dishes that have been inspired from countries across Europe such as Spain, Italy and France among many others. Rustica's entrées are divided between two sections: the first features pasta and grain dishes while the second is more traditional dinner plates. Under the pasta section Rustica serves up house-made ricotta gnocchi with seasonal toppings as well as a seafood spaghetti with shrimp, mussels, scallops, and spicy crumbs in an amatriciana sauce. Larger plates include grilled flank steak, New Zealand lamb shank, and airline chicken breast with sauteed spianch and creamy smashed potatoes.
