James....that's where I start and finish! You did everything perfect, the pace, the attention to detail, the. . . Everything! My wife couldn't stop smiling as I described the floor status and kitchen as well as how impressed I was with you and the team that supports you! She said ver batim "This is your element, why are you sitting with your back to it?" First because as a veteran there is the front door, second because I trust the brigade behind me and the ancillary staff hired. No disappointment on this honeymoon stop...we paused, I mean paused, three days in Boston, nights out, NYC decent, Chicago ...superb, but here, the bar for San Francisco has been set! Thanks again James, and the staff there...10 out of 10

Terra plata is an excellent choice for either a visitor or a local. Great food and good service. We went on Monday which is their paella night. Delicious!

Trevor and Justin were great host. Recommendations were on point and food was great.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. This is my number one need. They beat my expectations. The food was very good and having many restaurants to choose from was great. On the Alaskan cruise the views on the whole trip were stunning because of the route we took. Truly beautiful!
