I can't recommend Trade enough! The food was outstanding and the service was as well. Our family was there to celebrate a birthday. I had a question about one of the sauces that accompanied our appetizers. I asked the busser who brought the dish if he knew what kind of sauce it was and he apologized and said he wasn't sure. My question was more out of curiosity than a real need to know. Next thing I knew, the chef appeared at our table and explained what the sauce was and asked if we had any other questions about the food. He was super friendly and was happy to explain. Great chef, great service, outstanding food. Would definitely go back.

The restaurant is located in Cambridge residential area and had us concerned about parking, but there is a small dedicated space which was almost unused at 6:30 pm. So, we were happy that saved us hassle and anxiety. There is a small patio for outdoor dining, and the rest is no the basement which is perfect for summer months, nice and cool. We were warmly and promptly seated as there was a good number of staff. Our main server was knowledgeable with a friendly flare, and we opted for pescatarian tasting menu. We chose our own wine from a great selection of local and international menu. We enjoyed everything: the small “amuse bouche” of restaurant pickles, appetizers of the blistered fava beans, the first course of smoked bluefish and the second course of grilled haddock and cabbage. The desert was a delicious olive oil cake with fermented tangerines. Overall ambiance was simple and warm, like coming home. The sound volume was great as we were able to hear each other and have a great conversation too. This is unfortunately an aspect that is so difficult to find at restaurants these days, and we really appreciated it. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and for great service!

Absolute delight of a dining experience. The ambiance is elevated yet warm , the service was the perfect combination of friendly and polished professional... and the food, my heavens the food! The flavor combinations were inventive and absolutely delicious, the presentation quite beautiful without being overly "precious". The place was very full ...a very fun and lively vibe.. yet my dining partner and I had no trouble easily hearing each other in our conversation (occasionally punctuated by actual groans of delight as each next dish was tasted!) 10/10 and will be back again very ,very soon.

The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. It was a reunion with a friend and we did not feel rushed … it was time well spent and the food was excellent
