Wayfinder Wine Bar & Restaurant is the Dunsborough home of the certified organic vineyard, winery and farm of the same name in Margaret River. Executive Chef Brendan Pratt and Head Chef Andres Felipe Montiel build a seasonal menu around produce from Wayfinder's market garden, matched to the full collection of Wayfinder and Swell Season wines. The grapes are grown in Wilyabrup, seven kilometres from the Indian Ocean, across 37 hectares of 100% certified organic vines — winemaking guided by gentle, minimal-intervention techniques with a focus on texture and detail, made to taste of the site they come from. Settle in for an after-work drink with friends, a light dinner or the full experience. It's on the main street, a short drive from Dunsborough Beach and a stone's throw from the region's countless cellar doors.
