The foie gras mousse cornets are sweet bits of silkiness. The scallops were perfectly seared. My lamb loin and husband's duck breast were delicious. The food was great and a very unique offering of flavors, with many options for protein. Each plate was a work of art. We decided to share the small plates and for 4 of us it worked with some room for incredible deserts.
