    We had a fabulous dinner at Zeugma last night. There were six of us for dinner, and we shared most of the meal. Everyone love everyone of the dishes we ordered. The whole meal felt very festive, and the service was excellent. We were able to converse and enjoy our dinner and time together.

    We sat outside in the garden, and it was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is romantic, intimate, and elegant, yet refreshingly unpretentious. The food is beautifully prepared, creative, and absolutely top-notch. Being BYOB only adds to the charm, allowing you to enjoy an exceptional dining experience without the formality often associated with fine dining. The restaurant is currently building a bar and will soon have a liquor license. My only hope is that they don’t lose the warmth and understated elegance that make Matisse so special. I highly recommend Matisse 167. It’s a true gem and a fine dining experience in northern New Jersey.
