A delicious dinner. We shared the peach and tomato caprese salad. Delicious dressing…would have preferred burrata instead of ricotta salata. We also had the Dover Sole and King Salmon and a strawberry peach crisp. All were fresh and scrumptious! Service was outstanding.

Exceptional Food and Staff – A Perfect Birthday Celebration! We celebrated my wife’s birthday at The Pembroke, and once again, it did not disappoint. Every time we visit, we are welcomed with such warmth that we genuinely feel like family. The food was absolutely delicious—expertly prepared, full of flavor, and a highlight of our celebration. The service, as always, was top-tier. It started with Skyler welcoming us and showing us to our table. Tom was amazing as usual, ensuring everything ran flawlessly. Our waiter, Jose, was an absolute delight—so nice, pleasant, and genuinely fun to talk to throughout the evening. If you want incredible food and a team that treats you like royalty (and family), The Pembroke is the place to go. We will be back soon!!!

The food was delicious and timely. The staff were all incredibly skilled and attentive- more importantly they really seemed to like what they were doing and seemed proud and happy to discuss the place and its history. Highly recommend!
