The chef greeted us, guided us to our table, and explained the off-menu items he was serving that night. Reservations appear to be staggered every 15 minutes, which enabled the timing of service to flow seamlessly. Every bite we took was delicious, and there was such a variety. The tuna tartare appetizer my wife had was incredibly flavorful, with a notable dusting of sumac. I had a venison appetizer - very tender and tasty. Off menu they had boar, which chef highly recommended and he was spot on - very nice. Also tried the lamb and quail combo which I loved. Every bite, start to finish was great. And although the portions are refined, we were too full to even try desert - hopefully next time.
