All the dishes had a clean, simplified energy that focused on unique flavors and textures. For example, I’ve never been a fan of cold-style soups, but the gazpacho blew me away. Service overall was friendly and knowledgeable. But as to be expected with Millennium’s changes in concept, it may take them a little while to get the coordination crisp between kitchen, bar and dining room. But all in all, a great experience.
