Based on a circus decor it truly is an experience not to be missed. The food was absolutely superb and nothing like I have tasted before even better than Italy. Christian (chef) took the time to speak with me and my wife giving us the story behind the restaurant whilst serving us his native desert which was amazing. If your in Madrid be sure to visit you will not be disappointed the atmosphere was brilliant with a violinists and singer creating a pleasant/exciting atmosphere at a very reasonable price for such a high end experience.
