Specific table requests are considered but not guaranteed. Tuna Bar is a Japanese Raw Bar and Grill concept created by Owner and Chef Kenneth Sze. Located in Old City Philadelphia, Tuna Bar boasts a relaxing, upscale atmosphere serving fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The diverse menu offers traditional and specialty sushi rolls, raw oysters, scallops, hand-selected fish, and shareable entrees. Tuna Bar offers a fully stocked bar of wine, sake, and spirits. There are no outside food and beverages allowed. There is a $40 dessert/cake fee for guests that wish to bring in a dessert/cake for their special occasion.

Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. Since then we've won 2 awards from The Courier Post Readers Choice for one of the Best Sushi and Japanese Cuisine in South Jersey. Fast forward to 2013 we opened our Hibachi Grill section and ever since then it's been the go-to place for people that wants to have fun and watch an performance at the same time. Our menu has three sections one for sushi bar items, the second one for Japanese Cuisine and the third one for the Hibachi Grill. With over 30 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine with his specialty in sushi, Jimmy strives on perfecting the art of sushi making and is always makes sure that the ingredients used are all up to standards before cooking. That is our secret to why we were able to maintain our 4.0 and above reviews from all platforms!We are the only restaurant in Deptford that serves Sushi and have Hibachi performances!

    Our waitress (Zai )was so sweet and attentive! She made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us throughout our meal, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a smile. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about making your experience a good one. She definitely made our visit extra special, and we would love to have her serve us again! ❤️

    We went to Mt Fuji with a party of 7 to celebrate a birthday. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed it. Six of us ordered the hibachi and one ordered sushi. Everyone was pleased. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Even the two in our party who were in their pre-teens enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended and will definitely go again.
