「Grand Omakase」のテースティングコースをいただきました。日本のお寿司のイメージとはかけ離れていますが、それぞれが繊細な味付け＆盛り付けで、舌も目も楽しませてもらえました。特に気に入ったのは、蒸しアワビ、北海道雲丹とキャビア、金目鯛、フォアグラの握りなど。コースにはトリュフ味を利かせた品の割合が少し多いかなとは思いましたが、たぶんそれは日本人が普通お寿司に期待してしまう味覚とのギャップでしょう。日本酒やワインのセレクションもとても良かったですし、お誕生日ということでお店からも存分 にサービスしていただきました。次回はアラカルトメニューも試してみたいです。

Tucked away down a narrow hallway, No Relation is a nine-seat, secret sushi restaurant nestled within Shore Leave, a tropical experience from the team at Bar Mezzana and Black Lamb. Chef Colin Lynch leads the inventive omakase menu, where Japanese technique & his creative interpretation of a sushi-ya are presented each evening over approximately 17-courses. Join us in a shared intimate experience with a thoughtfully curated menu, served directly by our chefs. A magnetized world map will highlight the areas from which the menus fish is sourced. Luxurious extras, like Black Truffle & Ossetra Caviar, can be added on during your experience. Towards the end of the omakase, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy extra bites.
