Kinji Sushi brings an elevated sushi and Asian fusion experience to Keystone at Kindred Resort, just steps from the River Run Gondola. Blending refined Japanese technique with bold mountain-inspired creativity, Kinji offers artfully crafted sushi, seasonal small plates, premium sake, and an intimate alpine atmosphere unlike anything else in the area. Led by Chef Eric Berggren, the restaurant combines fresh, high-quality ingredients with a modern culinary approach designed for both après-ski dining and memorable evening experiences.     The bartender was absolutely amazing. We said “yes” to everything he suggested and no regrets. The Uni was so good, we ordered a second, and then the oysters topped with Uni. The truffle dish was beyond flavorful. Amazing.
