Very good location in Notting Hill. Lovely ambience (music isn’t loud) and interesting menu. I was with my family so had the opportunity of selecting a variety of dishes - which one of them was really gorgeous. Nice selection of cocktails/mocktails as well. We all loved the pomegranate and lichia mocktail.

I really enjoyed dining at Samad Restaurant. Food was amazing as it’s been recommended by one of my friends in Baghdad who also visited Samad in Baghdad - Iraq and was impressed by its flavors. Dolma dish was amazing, alongside mezze plate. Hummus was great and enjoyed the baba ganoush with pomegranate. Nice mix!! Fresh Pomegranate juice was top !! One of the best I served! I liked the fact that music matched theme s restaurant. Iraqi/ Mesopotamian music has a great vibe, and it’s rare, too; gives an original ambiance overall. I also enjoy Mesopotamian Jazz !!! Something I recently discovered from Baghdad ! I stayed on a table in the back and would have preferred music a bit louder . But just my preference. I liked that staff knew songs and sang along while serving customers. Also telling stories from their homeland in Iraq. I appreciated it. Truly enjoyed it and will come back when next in London. I have to remember to book Mazgouf in advance and bring along 5-7 friends !! Meanwhile, on my way to Baghdad :) Thank you!

I would have appreciate gluten free option. Very good food and service.

The atmosphere, taste, and price were all top-notch. There is nothing to fault. The quality of the food was truly amazing. I would love to visit again someday. The service was also attentive and warm.
