Excellent! Sat at the oyster bar and was able to engage with the guys shucking. Our server Tara was excellent and had great suggestions along with knowledge of east vs. west oysters, flavors and texture. The octopus is a must try - layered with hidden smoky flavor from the poblanos and hints of cilantro, the pickled onion provided the perfect sweet and crisp balance. We ended with the olive oil cake - phenomenal. Overall amazing experience would recommend x100.

Authentic Italian cuisine in a welcoming and classy setting that makes you wonder if you somehow were transported to Italy. Friendly service from the moment we arrived. A wonderful experience.

Service with Bryce was EXCEPTIONAL !! He is a great asset to the Eddie V’s brand !! He made our visit and meal absolutely excellent. Food was excellent as always. The couple we were with had never dined at EddieV’s and they loved it. We made plans to return on 08/8/26 for dinner together. We love Eddie V’s

There's a reason Sao was best new restaurant in the country for 2025 and in the top 2 I believe for 2026...INCREDIBLE. From the service (Dmitri was absolutely amazing), to the cocktails, to the food..15/10. Not a single miss, we cannot wait to go back!! Get the hamachi crudo, the mawn cutlet, and the crab noodles, the flavors they are marrying in each dish are just exceptional. Oh and don't forget about the hoe cake, that is a must 😌👆🏾
