Our server Tara was excellent and had great suggestions along with knowledge of east vs. west oysters, flavors and texture. The octopus is a must try - layered with hidden smoky flavor from the poblanos and hints of cilantro, the pickled onion provided the perfect sweet and crisp balance. From the service (Dmitri was absolutely amazing), to the cocktails, to the food..15/10. Not a single miss, we cannot wait to go back!! Get the hamachi crudo, the mawn cutlet, and the crab noodles, the flavors they are marrying in each dish are just exceptional.
