Our ingredients are meticulously hand picked to ensure the best taste possible. We would be humbled to see you come as a guest and leave as a friend.We use our own sourdough starter for our pizza process which ferments for a minimum of 48 hrs – the result is a base with a great flavour, sourdough taste and a texture that is light but with a bit of chew.
