Why did I go with the fish & chips? Simple test. If an Irish pub can't get that right, I have little hope for the rest. We started with bacon & cabbage croquettes, a dozen PEI oysters, and a few Guinness. Bob went with the Irish stew (huge 😳) and Steph had the "gone viral" spice bag — both looked incredible. I did not go wrong. Hands down top of my list. Huge portion of golden, crispy goodness ❤️🍽️🙌🏻 Fries were perfect on their own, no ketchup needed. Well done. Last night boneless buffalo tenders as appetizers were moist with generous servings. My turkey gobbler was perfect, and my wife's steak tips, were as always mouthwatering.
