Karl and Jenny have been local residents of the area for a long time. Involved in the local community in many ways, it is important to us that the Flat Rock Brew Café brings together many of our local residents and serves as a meeting place for friends of all ages. We really welcome families with children and being the parents of four young children, understand the importance of having a place to go where parents can relax with their children whilst enjoying quality food and drink. We are fortunate enough to have a loyal following of locals where we aim to provide a great place to meet, and try something different from their local brewery.Something that is important to Karl and Jenny is supporting the local community and since opening, we have been involved in many fund raising events for a number of local schools and preschools. We have also become a venue of choice for community meetings including sporting clubs, scouts and local street gatherings.

Thonglor Thai Eatery is a Haymarket favourite for those who want more than the usual Thai menu. NEW on our menu: the Thonglor Sirloin Fried Rice, alongside authentic dishes from Isaan-style larb to rich curries and fresh seafood. We make our own curry paste in-house, our Pad Kra Pao uses real holy basil, and our Khao Kha Moo tastes just like home.     An excellent experience. They have really good specialty brews available on tap and educate you on the different options, with taste testing available. The friendly service was unmatchable and the owner was such a decent guy. We also really enjoyed the food. There was live music in the afternoon and the musician was really talented. All in all our group had such a nice Sunday and we will be back. I would highly recommend Flat rock brew.

    Love love love this bar. Go for dinner - the food is amazing!! Great music, great atmosphere, beautiful decor and great staff. It’s the best, highly recommend.

    Great Hotel in a good location. The staff are excellent & very friendly and always happy to help. The food is great value for money - the Sunday roast was lovely. You can even buy wine a small bottleshop area and pay an extra $5.00 and take it upstairs to drink (excellent idea).
