A culinary experience.Great ambience.Chef Tomas Bermudez keeps a keen eye on all that enters the kitchen, sourcing the highest quality seafood mostly from the Pacific Coast of Mexico and supporting local small scale producers for vegetables and meat.Great wine list with many natural options in it.The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.San Pellegrino´s Latin America´s 50 Best Restaurants Award for its quality and ambience.When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. There is a penalty of $250 pesos for no shows or incomplete groups.
