Chicáno Nuevo is the culmination of years spent cooking, serving, dreaming, and building by Abraham Nuñez and Courtney Fujita. Abraham’s cooking is inspired by his Baja and Tijuana roots, fine dining experience, and love of seafood, while Courtney’s background in hospitality and beverage helps shape the warm, lively atmosphere of the dining room.Our prix fixe menu (currently $95 plus tax and gratuity) features raw and cooked seafood, with dishes designed to be shared through conversation, music, and a relaxed evening together. At this time, we are a two-person team preparing the entire experience ourselves and unfortunately cannot accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, or substitutions.We offer a small selection of non-alcoholic options and encourage guests to explore the wonderful bars and nightlife in our neighborhood before or after dinner.Consuming raw or undercooked seafood, shellfish, eggs, or meat may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
