They knew pairing this base with chef-inspired toppings would be special.Back in Brooklyn, they began experimenting with organic flour, aged cheeses, fresh tomatoes, and combinations like truffle/mushrooms or pesto/Calabrian chilies, perfecting that crave-worthy cheese crust.
