Movidaの2013年の創業時、ファンキーな音楽が流れるダウンライトの部屋でスペインのタパスと大皿料理を提供しているグラフィティに覆われた石畳の通り沿いにあるこの小さなバーに何が期待できるのか誰にもわかりませんでした。10年を経て、バーでハモン・コロッケをつまみにビールを楽しんでから、テーブル席でゆっくりと煮込んだ羊肉とパタタ・ア・ロ・ポブレを楽しめるオリジナルのレストランは、メルボルンとシドニーにオープンした新しい店舗とともに今もなお順調に営業しています。
