Accommodating a dairy allergy is standard in today's food industry, and those who can't help that they get sick from certain foods should still be able to enjoy more than only 1 or 2 dishes, particularly at a scratch kitchen location in an upscale environment. Our server was great, and it was a nice experience, but I think you can do better when it comes to making dining more food allergy inclusive.
