At Flames Brazilian Steakhouse we are proud to serve the authentic Brazilian “Churrasco” where different tender cuts meat seasoned and roasted to perfection are brought to you, one at at time, by our Gauchos in large vertical skewers. Show time starts when you flip your token to the green side, indicating you are ready for the surprise. Our Gauchos will bring a wide variety of beef, pork, chicken, turkey and lamb to your table and slice them to your liking. Whenever you need a little break, or you feel like you are ready for desserts, you just need to flip your token back to the black side.

    It was a beautiful dining experience!! Four of us for the first time dining at Gourmand. The food is creative and delicious. Service is 1st class and very friendly. We enjoy the service of both Freddy and Shannon. We shared and enjoyed 3 appetizers: Blue Fin Tuna, Scallops and Bacon and the Chicken. For dinner 2 had Birria Ramen, one Chicken and one Spicy Rigatoni. Dessert we enjoyed 1 strawberry and 1 chocolate gelato! Food exceeded our expectations. Overall a really wonderful dining experience. We will be back very soon.

    Blend is my favorite “ go to” restaurant in Ocean/ Monmouth . Food and service are always absolutely amazing. My wife and I always order the calamari for our appetizer and regularly order the halibut for dinner. The owner Lou is always there to greet his guests and yesterday when he learned that my wife and I were there for lunch celebrating our granddaughters birthdays he sent a wonderful complimentary dessert to our table complete with candles . Always a great experience
