A new menu, a new wine list, a new executive chef and a dining room redesigned from the ground up, with the harbour and the open fire exactly where they have always been.The menu is built around the grill and the water it looks out on. Premium beef from four producers across New South Wales and Queensland, selected cut by cut for breed, region and flavour profile. Seafood sourced from Australian waters, from Spencer Gulf kingfish to Merimbula oysters. A wine list chosen to work with the food rather than simply accompany it.Lunch at Steersons is a different experience from dinner and worth the trip on its own terms.
