We offer a Omakase menu inspired by Chef Angelo Sato’s Japanese and European heritage, with options for incredible beverage pairings. Due to the small and intimate nature of our restaurant, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.     We went to Ivy Asia in Brighton for our anniversary celebration lunch and had the best time. We both are big foodies, and this meal definitely was up there in the top 5 of the best we've had. We opted for the Experience set menu to allow us to try a variety of dishes (we upgraded to premium, which came at £10 more per person) and had no regrets. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour and hit all the right spots. Yellowtail nigiri, spicy salmon laab, Vietnamese summer salad and Black Cod miso were the highlights, although we need to emphasise that every dish brought out for us was hitting top marks. Ube doughnuts were a cute surprise in presentation and flavours as well. The restaurant itself is a treat to the eye and has beautiful ambience. We were looked after from start to end, which enhanced the experience, of course, as well. Our waitress (sadly, we didn't ask for her name, but we know she's from the Czech Republic) was very lovely, attentive, and a joy to interact with. Thank you, team Ivy Asia Brighton; you made our anniversary celebrations very special!

    Ristorante molto carino a Covent Garden che avevamo scelto per il compleanno di mia Moglie. Ottimi piatti, ben presentati, veramente squisiti. Buonissimi i cocktails ed il servizio è stato di alto livello, con cortesia e bravura da parte di tutto lo staff. Il dessert con la candelina per il compleanno è stata una piacevole sorpresa, come notare che sul conto non era inclusa. Torneremo sicuramente!
