    Stopped in for dinner on the 4th of July before the downtown fireworks and everything was great. All the food was delicious and came out quick. The staff were all super friendly and our server was very attentive. It’s always a great experience here!

    This was my second time at a Sushi By Bou and I loved it. The chefs were a great time and very interactive which makes the dinner super fun. The sushi was all great and the drinks were delicious. The restaurant is also really cute and vibey. Charles, Carson, and Steven were awesome. Btw, this location needs a sushi by bou tuna party.

    Always a pleasure dining at GINKO. We usually partake in the omakase (which is always top notch) but opted to sit at the bar and order sushi and nigiri this time. The Hamachi Usuzukuri is an amazing appetizer, and any dessert you finish with is going to be the perfect way to end your dining experience. Personal favorites are always unagi and amberjack. Give the shiso martini a try too.
