There are actually three menus at Fuji Japanese Restaurant: one for sushi, one for lunch and another for dinner.The sushi menu includes small plates and combination platters of sushi and sashimi.There are nearly three-dozen forms of maki available as well, including specialty versions. Temaki is served here too. Other popular items at Fuji Japanese Restaurant are the chicken with plum wine sauce, Chilean sea bass, ginger pork, panko-crusted crab cakes, multiple forms of tempura and combination plates that give you samples of more than one item.

The diverse menu offers traditional and specialty sushi rolls, raw oysters, scallops, hand-selected fish, and shareable entrees. Tuna Bar offers a fully stocked bar of wine, sake, and spirits. There are no outside food and beverages allowed. There is a $40 dessert/cake fee for guests that wish to bring in a dessert/cake for their special occasion.
