Yamamori Izakaya delivered one of the best Japanese dining experiences I’ve had in Dublin. The food was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of authentic flavour. Every dish arrived perfectly prepared, making it difficult to pick a favourite. What truly elevated the evening, however, was Fabian’s outstanding service. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine warmth—knowledgeable about the menu, attentive without ever being intrusive, and always one step ahead. His recommendations were excellent, his timing impeccable, and he made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. Great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and service that sets the standard. Fabian is a real credit to Yamamori, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
