We opened February 13, 2025 & we already have some very popular dishes. Among them, try the Black Cod Dumplings with Taleggio cheese sauce, the Orange Chicken Parm, Octopus Bao buns, Smoked Mackerel Pizza, Ginger Duck Meatballs over Udon noodles. And for dessert we have: Black Sesame Tiramisu, Tofu Flan with Gochujang Caramel, & Chocolate-Banana-Miso Cannoli's with Amarena cherries.     My wife and I wee delighted with the food and service (in that order) at Amada. The wild mushrooms were a special treat, but everything else was delicious. We also enjoyed the shiny informality of the restaurant and the friendly service we received. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends.

    Our dinner at Amada was phenomenal. We brought our two teens and the service truly made it for us. The food is always exceptional at Amada (have been to AC and Philly locations but not this before) but the server and her backup who brought things to our table were personable, hysterical, sarcastic in the best way and totally got my daughters engaging and enjoying what could have been kinda a boring meal. They ended up being open to trying a lot more. The server made excellent suggestions and the whole group was blown away. Probably the best service we have ever had.
