I didn't realise at the time but I was greeted by the chef who told me that they make their own rice noodles and tofu. I was amazed that chefs still did this and need to try these ingredients. I had pad see ew. It blew my mind. I was given the dish by one of the friendliest waitresses I had ever met and came away feeling that the world was an amazing place after all. I go back every week now and still wonder at the magic of their dishes. Highly recommend if you love Asian cuisine. Thank you Lemongrass Thai.
