Chef and owner Philip Krajeck, who also opened Rolf and Daughters and Junior, cooks from what local farms are growing, so the menu changes with the season. Expect vegetable dishes, naturally leavened pizzas, and large format plates made for sharing. The bar pours natural wine, craft beer, and cocktails, and Apero Hour runs daily from 5:00 to 6:00. Dinner is served seven nights a week, with bar seats for walk ins, a patio in good weather, and street parking on Meridian. Food & Wine named Folk's clam pie one of the 27 best pizzas in America in 2026.

The room is small and quiet, made for date nights, weekend dinners and evenings you want to remember rather than shout over. Dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with a full bar, an evolving wine list, and a free parking lot on site.
