The wine list is ever changing with over 50 bottles - all available by the glass - and a succinct selection of cocktails and vermouth.A Spanish-leaning menu of snacks, small plates and sharers is a reflection of the team’s time spent cooking and travelling around Spain and there's a focus on seasonal, sustainable and producer-led ingredients.Fast-paced and dynamic, you might expect to see tapas like raw scampi tostadas and Manchego custard-filled donuts with anchovies. There will always be a traditional Spanish tortilla, as well as a selection of jamón.     Beautiful place and even nicer food and service staff. Hats off to Cecilia who made our rainiest night greater than we expected. Let the chef surprise you with Menu del Dia, that’s definitely the best way to discover what letra house has to offer. Would definitely come back another time !

    Genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Sydney! The value for money is absolutely incredible, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. It’s a beautiful little restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and such a great vibe. The staff were exceptional, every waiter was warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made the evening even better. I honestly cannot fault a single thing. From the food and service to the atmosphere and value, everything was spot on. I couldn’t recommend Dear Saint Eloise highly enough. An absolute gem in Sydney, and somewhere I’ll definitely be returning to!
