We are returning guests for a reason. The entire Team at The Capital Grill made for an excellent dining experience as usual. We started with our favorites, the tuna tartare and wagyu steak tartare. Glad to see the steak tartare is now on the menu regular menu. We split the beet salad, which was delicious .For dinner we had the filet, rare of course, accompanied by the lobster tail. The filet was cooked perfectly to the requested temperature. The lobster tail was sweet and tender. A special shout out to our Server, Ron. Ron has an awesome personality. He was attentive, knowledgeable about menu items and we will request him on our next visit. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the behind the scenes staff that make The Capital Gill a pleasurable dining experience., thank you for what you do.

It was my son’s birthday dinner and they were very instrumental in making it a special occasion. Service was phenomenal. It’s our go to place for celebrations. Only issue was the steak was dryer than normal. I think it may have been still cooking on the plate. Wouldn’t normally complain but at $70-$100 a plate you should get what you ordered. Overall pleasant experience and the apps and side dishes were deliscious 5 stars.

This was a great find. We went for ladies night—fixed menu. We had a great time. Price was fantastic for the amount of food we ordered, and our waitress was wonderful. Only drawback was that I reserved a hightop and we were seated in a booth/table right by the door. It kinda killed the vibe.
