It’s rustic, relaxed, a little bit loud, and full of charm.The menu is all about simple, honest Italian cooking, comforting bowls of pasta, rich slow-cooked sauces, and seasonal dishes made to be shared. Everything is prepared in small batches, just like it would be at home, so some favourites may disappear as the night goes on. (We know… heartbreaking if you had your heart set on the lasagna).     My husband and I were amazed at how good the food was. We have been to a lot of nice restaurants and this is now in our top five experiences. Every dish was balanced and full of flavour. The cocktails were also delicious and the staff were great. My husband is looking forward to our next celebration so we can come back again. I just wanted to come as I am a Messina fan and it was such a great experience. If you think it is just a gimmick to have a restaurant that uses gelato in every dish you are missing out on great food. It was amazing

    Extensive collection of beverage. Service is friendly and approachable. Food quality was surprisingly good, nutritious and well crafted without being pretentious. All foods are designed to go well with wine.
