Deerpark Restaurant-Biltmore Estate
Wonderful fresh and always tasty. The desserts today where amazing
Great food choices menu and price
Food was 5 star
We arrived early and they quickly were able to accommodate us! As usual, the Deer Park does not disappoint!
Excellent food and service. Great variett as well. I loved how they had everything marked. I am vegetarian so i didn't have to keep asking whether something had meat in it or not.
T he food has really declined over the past few yeara
Always a favorite brunch spot for us when we visit the Biltmore Estates. The food is amazing, so much to choose from, the service is pleasant, and the setting lovely.
Wonderful food and atmosphere! We will be back!
We chose Deerpark for our Galentine’s day luncheon and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. This could become our go-to place for special occasions.
We loved this restaurant and wish it
was closer. We live in Indiana. The selection of food was amazing. The buffet had a marvelous selection, especially the brisket. All of the staff was friendly. A marvelous place to visit.
Food is great and you easily get your money’s worth! Desserts are wonderful too!
Always amazing this time around the desserts where crazy good
Atmosphere wonderful! All decor & decorations beautiful! Love all the plants inside & those underneath the buffet/serving tables! Makes for a relaxed & romantic dining experience!
New menu was very good.
I am a Biltmore pass holder and like to come every once in a while. We love the menus and we especially loved the beignets! They are so good and my son and I both hope you will serve them for a Easter.
The Sunday brunch buffet was outstanding. There were many options, not just eggs!
This restaurant was beautiful inside and out and the food was delicious! My mom and I ate lunch there and the prices were awesome and we enjoyed the entire experience. It was definitely worth the visit!
We love this Venue for lunch :)
Never disappoints. The only con this time is that there was a lot of construction going on and the views from the beautiful windows were not nearly as pretty but the light falling snowflakes this past Saturday morning made it magical :)
Overall the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the value was good. The best thing about Deerpark was the dessert. Service was terrible. Our waitress came to our table a total of 4 times our entire visit. I ordered a diet coke and my glass sat empty for over half my meal. I had to flag her down and ask for the two refills and it took over 5 mins for her to come back with my refill each time. She was constantly at the table beside us clearing the used dishes and refilling their drinks but would walk right past us and not even acknowledge our table. We wanted coffee at the end of our meal to have with our dessert but she never came by for us to even be able to ask. The food selection was less than to be desired. Several of the menu items were out and it was taking quite a bit of time for them to be replenished. Once I finally made it through the line my slice of brisket was barely large enough to even qualify as one bite. We will not be back and will explore other dining venues while at Biltmore.
The food was very good, the wait staff was attentive and the ambiance was nice
We went to Deerpark after viewing the Downton Abbey exhibit. The Deer Park restaurant is a very pleasant atmosphere, looking out on the courtyard. The food is upscale for a buffet. In general the temperature is good, although a couple of the dishes could’ve been warmer. We hit it on a slow day, so the noise level was very low and the restaurant was not crowded. This is a very nice complement to a Biltmore day.
Food was wonderful. The service was great as well. We will be back to try Sunday brunch next time.
Not quite as good as it was in previous visits. I've been twice since they started serving lunch every day and both times noticed the quality of the food was not quite as good as it was before they started daily lunch. While the atmosphere and waitstaff was still great the fish was very dry and lacked flavor, the broccoli was cold, the mushroom potpie lacked flavor and it's crust was stretchy like it was microwaved. I will go back but need to give it some time and hopefully things will improve.
My meal partners were thrilled with their experience. I've been to Deerpark many times and I'm sorry to say, I was not pleased with the offerings. Few items were up to the delicious memories I have of previous experiences. Deerpark has always been my favorite for the amazing quality and selections. I was disappointed.
Always wonderful. Great food. One of the best places to eat at Biltmore.
Amazing winter menu. Desserts incredible all so amazing
The food is outstanding. Prices have increased, but still a good value. Coffe or tea is included.
Service was great. Food on the buffet was good ... some items better than others. The sliders were quite tasty, as was the brisket. The kale & mixed green salads were wonderful with the green goddess dressing!! The espresso chocolate mousse cake and banana sticky toffee were delish! It’s definitely worth going.
A very nice place to enjoy a calm meal. Food is always excellent and the wide selection at the buffet gives plenty of choices. Service is friendly. The Deerpark can accommodate quite a few people, but it's layout is organized so that it never feels crowded. (Note that schedule, menu and prices can vary seasonally so check the Biltmore web site from time to time to see what is on offer).
We made a reservation stating it was for a birthday. The receptionist greeted with happy birthday to the one in our party who was having the birthday. When we finished our meal, paid our bill, we gathered up the wrapped gifts and cards our server said, Oh I did not know this group was celebrating a birthday and ran back and brought out 4 truffles on a board. We already had our coats on and getting ready to leave. Seemed strange. This was not the first time we experienced questionable service at Deerpark. If we were at a restaurant chain, no big deal but at Deerpark, Biltmore at $26.00 a person?! The food was good but the price of $26.00 a person was too high, even for a place like the Biltmore. We've been coming to Deerpark for many years and have seen some changes we are not so sure we want to bring our friends and family for special occasions to anymore.
Great place to eat and visit. I visit Biltmore House several times a year and look forward to eating at the restaurant. Great food and service is top-notch.
Consistently great food and service!
Unfortunately the Deer Park had lost power and was not open which was quite disappointing. Even more disappointing was that in this age of technology we were not notified before arriving. If a reminder of our reservation could be sent an hour before our time, it would seem that an announcement could be sent of the lost power
We love eating from Deerpark. The food is great and the service is always sensational. Also the value of the makes it even better.
The current menu is great, Food is excellent. Service is good.
Our waiter was excellent. The variety of food was incredible. Everything was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back.
Brunch at Deerpark was fantastic! The highlights for me were the broccoli casserole, pepper jelly spread, and the bourbon pecan cake. Service was great and the restaurant was not too busy. We were seated all the way across the restaurant from the buffet and in the bright sunshine and I still found the experience to be enjoyable.
Please go for their Sunday brunch. Just absolutely divine and gorgeous setting . I usually don’t leave reviews but this deserves one.
This was my third time at the deer park and frankly it was my least favorite. The food wasn’t as good as it was in the past. The staff seemed slow and scattered. There were several food mishapes. My son almost had a pan of food dropped on him and my daughter slipped and fell on food that was spilt on the floor. The whole visit was just off.
