Our experience was excellent, food, service, ambience,the only negative was it took a long time before the food was served.

Food as always is fresh and delicious. Warm and welcoming service. Tables inside well spaced and for those along windows there are plexiglass panels between. Friday evening singer too!

The owners which are husband and wife are the sweetest and are very attentive. The food is really good especially the grilled calamari. They also make a superb Cosmo. The best part is that we reside across the street and walk there. Love this place!!!!

This is the best suburban Italian restaurant in Chicagoland! Food was beyond delicious.All of our seafood entree's were cooked to perfection.Great ambiance as well.Realy great lady vocalist was the cherry on top!

Too noisy for such a small place. Singer was too loud. We couldn't even talk to each other at our table.

DiBenedetto's is open for carry-out and curbside pick-up 4pm to 8pm Tuesday to Sunday. We took advantage of this on 21st of March. The food we took home was every bit as good as when dining there, ok the ambiance at home is not the same, but that's not their fault ;-) Please go and treat yourselves. We need them to be ready to re-open as soon as the situation is better !

If you read our historical reviews you will see that we really like this establishment, understatement ! As usual everything from the "greeting" (by name) to the "goodbye" was excellent ! Really good Italian food and service in between those 2 :-)

If you read the reviews you will find that this is obviously our favourite restaurant. Everything is great from being greeted through to having paid the bill, being bid farewell and leaving :-) The food quality is excellent and the specials are often very special, as are the standard menu items :-) No worries, we'll be going back again soon :-)

Vittorio, Kathy and their team always provide excellent service and welcome you into their "home". We've been there dozens of times and have NEVER been disappointed. We enjoy the entertainment as well as the Italian specialty dishes featured on the menu. Additionally, the wine selection is always top notch. Go there, you will Love it!

Food is always great and the service was wonderful

We enjoyed the food & atmosphere. We were celebrating a birthday & were happy we chose to celebrate at De Benedettos.

We and another couple ate here for the first time on Saturday night. Two of us had the fettuccine Alfredo, I added shrimp to mine and it was so good! My husband who is very particular enjoyed the seafood diavolo and our friend really liked the veal Marsala.

We dined here for my daughter's birthday. Since it was Halloween and a snow storm, it was dead. But the service was PAINFULLY slow. Our server took forever for everything. She kept disappearing. My daughter and I sent our glasses of wine back because they tasted bad. The server said we could have a different brand by the bottle for $32. That same bottle at the grocery store is at most $14.99. That's a ridiculous mark up. The food was good. I do like there pappardelle pasta is delicious. But I'm disappointed that the spinach wasn't fresh. It tasted like frozen. A true Italian restaurant tosses the fresh spinach in at the end so it just lightly cooks. Everyone in our party seemed content with their dinner but frustrated that we spent so much time there on a school/work night when they weren't even busy.

I had made reservations though Open table and also called to request a table by the entertainment. Management made sure we have a table up in front. We enjoyed our food. The service was great. Also your weekend entertainment was wonderful. Sam Magdal is a great entertainer. We have also seen Diva Montell who is wonderful as well. We plan on coming back! Great food and great singers!!

Seafood diavolo is perfecto! Harry’s bar is unbelievable. Just tried the stuff mushrooms and those were out of this world.

Love the great food. Could spend hours there enjoying food

We were there a few weeks ago on a Friday night and it was wonderful. It was so good we went back last week, but went on a Thurs. night. It was a different experience. I know it was during the week so it wasn't as busy but they were really short staffed. Our server was trying to do everything from waiting tables, to sitting people, to helping bus tables and pack up food to making drinks. She was very nice but we had to wait a long time between getting dishes to getting the check, paying etc. We were there much longer than we planned to be. The food was still very good, but I'm not sure I would go back during the week. Perhaps on the weekend when it is busier and they have more staff.

I live nearby and always heard it was good, but never tried Di Benedetto's. I will now be a frequent flyer, so to speak. The food was outstanding and the prices weren't too bad.
